Creating change may be easier by focusing on practicing a new habit in the place of the old one. Substituting a new behavior can be easier than trying to just stop an old habit. "Peace is a daily, a weekly, a monthly process
Gradually changing opinions
Slowly eroding old barriers
Quietly building new structures."
-John F. Kennedy
