Can we wall ourselves off from the world? A nurse shares her near death experience, and out of body journey to better self-understanding and better understanding of others. We can't know how difficult another person is trying in order to be where they are at in life. Their skills might not be in the excellent range, but the journey they are on might have been more difficult.

Judge not and look for the good is a message the nurse learned while trying to get back to her own body and physical consciousness.
